About us
The Investments Hub is an AMFI registered Mutual Fund and SIF Distributor holding ARN-302730, valid till 17/07/2027. We distribute mutual fund schemes of SEBI registered Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Specialized Investment Funds (SIF) offered by eligible AMCs under SEBI's SIF framework, and we facilitate insurance products and Post Office small savings schemes.
Specialized Investment Funds (SIF)
SIF is a separate asset class introduced by SEBI, effective April 2025, which sits between mutual funds and Portfolio Management Services. SIF strategies may use derivatives and short positions and are branded separately from mutual fund schemes. The minimum investment is Rs 10 lakh per investor at PAN level across all strategies of a SIF, other than for accredited investors. Each strategy carries a risk-band from Level 1 to Level 5 instead of the mutual fund risk-o-meter. Please read the Investment Strategy Information Document (ISID) carefully before investing.
Nature of our services
We act as a distributor. We are not registered with SEBI under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 or as a Research Analyst, and we do not offer investment advisory or portfolio management services. We deal in regular plans of mutual fund schemes and receive commission from AMCs for the business we distribute.

Market risk

Insurance
Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Insurance products are offered by insurance companies registered with IRDAI. Please read the sales brochure, policy wording, terms, conditions and exclusions carefully before concluding a sale. Claims are settled by the insurer as per the policy terms.
Post Office schemes
Post Office small savings schemes are schemes of the Government of India. Interest rates, limits and rules are notified by the Government and may change from time to time.
